Needle Felting Mat
Premium firm feel open cell polyurethane foam, perfect for needle felting projects.
Lightweight, easily transportable and this quality will last a long time. Flip and turn you mat regularly to avoid undue wear in one area.
Tip -for getting longer life out of your felting mats, rotate your mat at the beginning of each felting session to help even the wear across the mat.
Also it can be helpful to use one side of the mat for light colours and the other side for dark.
To clean off extra fibres that might get stuck in the mat, use wide sticky tape and press the sticky side across the mat and most of the fibres will attach to the tape.
Great as a mat to reduce needle breakage and damage to other surfaces. Suitable for both 2D and 3D work.
