All parcels are set via Australia Post.

How is my order postage calculated? Plus

Postage is calculated automatically according to weight and size of your items and will show when you proceed to check-out.

How long will it take my parcel to arrive? Plus

Once your parcel is shipped and you receive the tracking number you will get updated estimated delivery time.

Do I get a tracking number for my parcel? Plus

Yes all orders have a tracking number and you will be notified of the tracking number once the parcel has been sent.

Can I pick my order up instead of it being posted? Plus

We usually have some pick up options available, you can check and select these options during checkout.

How can I get an estimate of postage costs? Plus

We suggest creating a customer account including your postal address. Add items to your order and visit the check out page to see calculated postage. It will alter as you add or remove items from your shopping cart.

When will my order be shipped. Plus

We usually manage to process your order much sooner, however allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Can I add more items to an existing order? Plus

Once you have completed payment for an order we are unable to just add items to that order. Additional items will add weight and change shipping costs. If you have completed an order and realise you needed something else, place a second order. If possible we will combine the two orders and refund any over charge of shipping charges.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment? Plus

We will combine orders into one shipment if possible, if the orders have been placed close to each other. If an order has already been processed combining may not be possible. We suggest using the contact page to check with us if you are unsure.

How can I find a product I have purchased before? Plus

You can use the search option and type in the item description.

I can't find a product I know you stock. Plus

Use the search option to look for the item.

If the incorrect description or spelling is used it will come up as item not found, try using less words and check spelling.

Is there a way I can see all the colours you stock? Plus

Click on the Colour Palette tab in the menu bar to take you to a page that has all the colours stocked. To select one just click on it.

How can I match the colour of different fibre compositions? Plus

Look for the composition section of the item page and you can select 'other compositions' if they are available.

How can I find other colours in the same composition and range? Plus

All other colours available in a range will show under the 'Other Colours' section when viewing an item. You can click the colour you like to take you directly to that item. Check out our website tips to see other available information.

I am looking for a colour or fibre you don't seem to stock, can you get it in? Plus

We are always looking for new colours and fibres to stock so please use our contact page and give us as much information as possible so we can try to source what you are looking for.

If an item is out of stock, when will I be able to order it? Plus

If an item is out of stock, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get the item back in stock as quick as possible. Please use the contact page to let us know what item you are looking for and we can advise you of estimated time for you to be able to order.

Can you custom dye fibres and or fabric? Plus

Yes we take orders for custom dyeing. Please use our contact page to chat to us about your custom order.

Understanding different Fibres and Processing stages
Can I find out more about the different types of fibres? Plus

We have some general information available on the fibres we sell.

From the menu bar hover over Fibre, from the drop down click on the word Animal and it will take you to a list of the different Fibres offered and some of their characteristics.

What are the different stages of processing for fibre? Plus

To help you understand the fibre we offered and the different processing stages, hover over Fibre in the menu bar , from the drop down click on the word Process and it will take you to a list of the different stages of fibre processing and some suggested uses.

How can I tell if a product is suitable for my project? Plus

Our fibres have information on their general suitability for different textile arts however if you are using a fibre for the first time we always recommend you create a sample first to ensure the fibre meets your needs.

Are your open for in person shopping? Plus

We are an online shop based in Western Australia and are not open for in person shopping.

This means you can shop at your convenience at anytime.

During the year we generally attend craft fairs and advertise these on our website and social media.

As we are an online based business, the online shop is open 24 hours so you can shop at your convenience.
